The windows in my room did not open. The air conditioning was stuck sending quite cold air. It was very uncomfortable and they couldn't fix it during my one-day stay.

The location was very convenient. I walked to many attractions. the desk staff offered excellent suggestions for local dining options. i found a kettle and a fridge in my room. This was quite useful.

the air conditioning did not work well, and the windows would not open. the room became uncomfortably warm and stuffy, a noticeable issue.
