nice presentation yummy bread stuck air conditioning uncomfortable temperature

The breakfast was very nice presented. It was also tastefull with many options. I especially enjoyed the yummy bread..

The windows in my room did not open. The air conditioning was stuck sending quite cold air. It was very uncomfortable and they couldn't fix it during my one-day stay.

convenient location excellent suggestion useful kettle

The location was very convenient. I walked to many attractions. the desk staff offered excellent suggestions for local dining options. i found a kettle and a fridge in my room. This was quite useful.

the air conditioning did not work well, and the windows would not open. the room became uncomfortably warm and stuffy, a noticeable issue.

my superior double room included bedding. i found a kettle and refrigerator present in the room, which i used. i did notice that air conditioning did not function effectively in the room.
